Stop at the oldest parts store in town. They won't have it but will know who can rebuild it close.
Got the water pump off.......sent for re-build..... amazingly , there is a carburetor kit for the Zenith carb for the QXD3 Hercules engine........life is good.
new (modern ) rims in , body work done.... I'm thinking I feel a paint job in the shop in the next couple of weeks followed with logos and a "rip-roaring" ride about town with my 200C folllowing close behind...... a mini Divco parade !!
My brother is trying to restore a '59 Divco Milk Truck, Hercules engine, for Utter Delight to use for advertising/publicity in Mesa, Arizona. He needs to replace/rebuild the water pump. Do you have any leads for him in that area of the country? Thanks.
I used MotorMart in Fort Smith , Arkansas .... their phone number is (479)783-4461 .. they did a terriffic job.

I have recently acquired a 1959 Divco Model 15 with the Hercules QXD3 flat head six (6) cylinder engine. The water pump is going out and I'm trying to run down a sure source for a replacement or a rebuild of the existing water pump. I've thought of replacing the engine with the Ford 300 / 6 but think the water pump on the Hercules may be the least expensive route as the old flat head seems to be running pretty well. Any help, direction or ideas would be appreciated. I'm wanting to paint the truck and decal it by the end of November so the sooner I solve my water pump issues the sooner I'll get to the paint. All informational help appreciated.
